Nel cuore della Sicilia occidentale, tra le colline dell’entroterra palermitano, nasce la Cooperativa Valdibella, un progetto che da oltre vent’anni porta avanti un modello di agricoltura etica e sostenibile. Qui, agricoltori e viticoltori lavorano nel rispetto della biodiversità, coltivando varietà autoctone e utilizzando metodi di produzione biologica e rigenerativa. L’obiettivo? Restituire dignità al mestiere agricolo e preservare l’equilibrio naturale del territorio.
In the heart of western Sicily, amidst the hills of the Palermo hinterland, lies the Valdibella Cooperative, a project that has been pursuing a model of ethical and sustainable agriculture for over twenty years. Here, farmers and winegrowers work with respect for biodiversity, cultivating native varieties and using organic and regenerative production methods. The goal? To restore dignity to the farming profession and preserve the natural balance of the land.

Dal 27 aprile al 4 maggio, noi di Valdibella in collaborazione con Enrico Buttignon, offriamo un’opportunità imperdibile per chi vuole scoprire la Sicilia in modo autentico, lontano dalle rotte turistiche tradizionali. Questo trekking esperienziale unisce natura, cultura e incontri speciali con agricoltori che condividono la loro passione per la terra.
From 27 April to 4 May, we at Valdibella, in collaboration with Enrico Buttignon, offer an unmissable opportunity for those who want to discover Sicily in an authentic way, far from the traditional tourist routes. This experiential trek combines nature, culture and special encounters with farmers who share their passion for the land.

• Visita ai vigneti e alle aziende agricole di Valdibella con degustazione di vini naturali e prodotti biologici. 
• Trekking tra le bellezze naturali della Sicilia, tra montagne e mare, dalla Riserva dello Zingaro al Monte Cofano. 
• Scoperta della storia locale ed esplorazione del territorio, con tappe al Cretto di Burri, Marsala, Erice e le Saline.
• Momenti di condivisione e convivialità, tra lunghe chiacchierate intorno al fuoco e cene con ricette tradizionali preparate con i prodotti biologici provenienti dagli agricoltori della Cooperativa. 
• Visit to the Valdibella vineyards and farms with tasting of natural wines and organic products.
• Trekking among the natural beauty of Sicily, between mountains and sea, from the Zingaro Reserve to Monte Cofano.
• Discovery of local history and exploration of the area, with stops at the Cretto di Burri, Marsala, Erice and the Saline.
• Moments of sharing and conviviality, including long chats around the fire and dinners with traditional recipes prepared with organic products from the Cooperative’s farmers.
