This high-quality oil is obtained from 100% Sicilian almonds.The oil, in fact, is a product of a far-reaching social project and collaboration with the Orti del Mediterraneo farm — a cooperative dedicated to the professional integration of young people with autism spectrum disorder, using land confiscated from the mafia. The oil is extracted through the cold pressing of the seed, preserving its organoleptic properties; it is also rich in vitamin E. In the kitchen, it is suitable for those dishes with delicate and subtle flavours which you may not want to alter by using a stronger oil.
