We are the story we cultivate every day

We inherited cultural knowledge from our ancestors and combined it with cultural knowledge. They showed us the way, and today we follow it with a new awareness

Organic farming
as a choice

Beginning in the 1950s, new working methods emerged that dramatically disrupted the agricultural ecosystem: biodiversity was increasingly reduced, and soils became impoverished. Control and power strategies effectively stripped the land of vital resources, ultimately debasing agricultural culture. Many people left the countryside, severing their historic connection to the land.

A change of direction was necessary. The first step was the conversion to organic farming on our farms starting in 1994. From that moment on, we began a journey of improvement towards new, increasingly sustainable practices. Today, thanks to the contribution of SPAE, the Practical School of Agroecology, we have begun a new transition towards Organic-Regenerative agriculture.

Where the land becomes community

Valdibella is also a place where work becomes care. We welcome vulnerable people, offer job placement programs, and collaborate with local organizations to create opportunities where they seemed impossible. Because well-cultivated land also generates healthy communities.

A story made of choices

Camporeale

a long agricultural history

In 1642, a group of Jesuits founded the Camporeale community, launching a vigorous agricultural operation around their palace, which gave rise to the town. Over time, they developed an efficient farm, experimenting with cultivation techniques, introducing new varieties, and placing great importance on viticulture.

When they were expelled in 1767, they left behind vineyards with over 100,000 vines and a precious legacy: the idea of collective land management, the first seed of cooperation
