Hulled beans

The husked fava beans are very poor in ingredients, but very rich in nutrients.
It was always available in the farmers’ food pantry, because you could feed the whole family with very little.
However, it doesn’t only feed the people: for us farmers it is an important crop because it enriches the field with nitrogen, precious element also needed for the following crops.
