Valdibella bulgur is made with Perciasacchi, an ancient Sicilian grain. Perciasacchi  has important and varied nutritional properties: a high protein content and a low  glycaemic index, minerals, vitamins E and B3, and a significant presence of  selenium, an element with antioxidant benefits for the body.  

Bulgur is a versatile and nutritious ingredient, ideal for tabbouleh, soups, veggie  patties, salads, side dishes, stuffings, or as an alternative to whole grains.
