Our grandmothers needed only a few simple tools to shape tagliatelle from a dough ball.
With this production, we have tried to get as close as possible to that homemade idea. The dough is thin and requires just a few minutes of cooking, during which—thanks especially to the slow drying process—it retains all the aroma and fragrance of Timilìa.
Timilìa nest-shaped tagliatelle are born from the union of tradition and innovation. Made exclusively with Timilìa durum wheat semolina, an ancient variety cultivated according to organic farming principles in our fields in Sicily, these tagliatelle offer an intense flavor and a firm texture, perfect for holding all kinds of sauces.
The new nest shape makes them easy to cook and ideal for those who seek quality and authenticity even in the small everyday moments. We package them in new wrapping, aligned with our commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture.
