A harmony to keep that creates beauty
Agriculture can only aim for the common good. This is what we deeply believe. Too important is his role: to produce the food on which everyone's life depends.
Throughout our production we apply the specification that we have called the Biodiversity Charter, which takes into account not only the biological methodology but also the measures applied to transform the fields into balance centers. The crops are integrated with other indigenous plants in the area, close to natural areas (small woods, ponds, uncultivated areas, hedges, heaps of stones etc.), in order to make the agro-ecosystem more stable and balanced.
The disciplinary of the cooperative is certainly a long way compared to more widespread canons, but we strongly believe that there is no enhancement of the territory if not in the round: the land is alive and not something to be owned and exploited; it needs listening, observation, knowledge, respect and experience. Because the place where we work must not only be healthy but also restore that beauty in which it is worth living.
