You'll visit the pine forest with its biolakes and food forest, the cellar, and the Fargione laboratory, where our products are made and where you can taste them.
The structures
Casa delle Pigne
Ideal for those seeking a private retreat surrounded by nature. Located at the entrance to the Valdibella hill, nestled in a pine forest, you can wake to the sound of birdsong and the scent of the surrounding pines and trees. Equipped with every comfort, it allows you to fully experience rural Sicily.

Casa Gialla
The building that once housed the Salesian community is now a venue for theoretical lessons for the Practical School of Agroecology, as well as tastings, and group lunches and dinners. It’s a place steeped in history, where you can feel at home, where you can stay with your own space and use the common areas, to fully experience life in Valdibella.
Student house
In addition to the aforementioned facilities, on the Valdibella hill there is also the Student House, which houses some workers, designed to welcome students and researchers who want to live in Valdibella for their studies, as well as those who wish to have a work experience here with us.
