Extra virgin olive oil tasting

We’ll begin with a panoramic tour of the outdoor spaces and a talk about the cooperative, then focus on our olive oil supply chain, the cultivation methods we use in the fields, and our olive varieties. Finally, we’ll conclude with an oil tasting, both blended and single-varietal Cerasuola, accompanied by some of our own snacks.
Upon request, it’s also possible to visit a farm, add a lunch or dinner featuring local and seasonal products, or participate in an olive harvest experience.
