Wild fennel pesto
The strong aromaticity of this spontaneous herb that grows in the hills in early spring is softened by the sweetness of Sicilian almonds and by our extra virgin olive oil. A balanced and ideal dressing to quickly season a plate of pasta, but also to spread it on bruschetta or tapas.
